The thing about going to the biggest realtor company in town is that everybody is going to them. Whether they do not have the time to give the service to all of their clients, or they only accept clients that they can make a lot of money off of, sometimes going to the big guys is not the best thing to do.

Buying a home can be a stressful time and the last thing that people need is a realtor that is pushing them towards something they do not want. Many people end up in a home that they didn’t want or that they couldn’t afford because the realtor pushed them into it because they didn’t know what the people actually wanted. That is why sometimes it is better to go with a smaller company that can put the time and energy into each individual customer.
