When they stumble upon a realtor web site that is bright and flashy and doesn’t even have an address on it, they will almost immediately click away. The last thing they will do is submit any information to the website.

The Internet continues to be a huge venue for bringing in customers and nothing will change that. It is important to take control of that type revenue that could be brought in immediately by having a clean realtor web site. With a professional looking web site, a realtor may double or even triple the amount of houses they sell.
